Wedding cakes
Hopefully our Wedding Cakes page has given you an idea of the kind of prices we charge for the fully finished designs shown. Wedding cakes can be fruit or sponge cakes but all require marzipan under the icing - for this reason there is no difference in the price we charge for different cake types.
The table below gives an indication of portions per cake and the basic cost of the wedding cakes. Design features such as flowers will incur an additional cost on top of this. As a guide, the prices include a piped design on sugar paste icing, either with pillars or stacked plus ribbons on the cake boards. Please ask if you require royal icing and we can provide you with a quote.

Celebration cakes
These prices are a guide for sponge cakes - either madeira cake or chocolate fudge cake. The madeira cake can be flavoured either with vanilla or lemon.
We're delighted to have found a GORGEOUS lemon gluten free cake that actually tastes and "feels" like proper cake! So we can now offer a wheat free option for your cake AND we're going to experiment and try to make different flavours, with chocolate being top of the list! There is no additional charge for this dietary option....why should you pay more?
Included in the price are ribbon, simple piped design and wording on the cake. Any additional elements, for example the sugar cats or the icing teddy bears, are quoted for on an individual basis according to the complexity of what you require. Sugar flowers are available at an additional cost - please see below.

Sugar flowers
These prices are a guide for celebration cakes. (Prices for wedding cake flowers vary as the sprays tend to be larger and there is usually more than one spray per tier.) All prices are dependent on the size and complexity of the spray you require.

We now also offer tea roses, freesia, lily of the valley, sweet peas, miniature roses, African violets, poppies....but please ask if you would like something different.
Wired flowers can be formed into sprays or posies that can be kept after the celebration. These flowers, although made of sugar, are not edible due to them containing wire

Cake jewellery
Prices depend on the design and density of crystals you require. Please contact us for a quotation.

Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your order. The amount required varies according to the overall value of your order.
Delivery
Delivery is available, although a small charge may apply. Areas that we are happy to deliver to are Ramsbottom, Bury and other areas of north Manchester, along with many parts of Lancashire and some areas in Cheshire. Please contact us for details and we'll let you know if a charge will apply. Collection is welcomed from any area!
